Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines using Python and cloud-native services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and translate business challenges into data-driven analytical solutions.
- Perform advanced statistical modeling and feature engineering to improve model accuracy and performance.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in A/B testing, experiment design, and data quality assurance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical growth of the data organization.
- Communicate complex analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear, impactful data storytelling.
- Monitor and optimize machine learning models in production environments to ensure business reliability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PySpark, R, or Scala is a plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an agile environment.
