Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for predictive modeling and optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference analysis for product launches
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct technical workshops
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations
- Research and prototype emerging NLP and deep learning techniques
- Ensure ethical AI practices and model governance compliance
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of applied data science experience in B2B SaaS
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Portfolio of deployed ML models with measurable business impact
- Strong statistical foundations (hypothesis testing, Bayesian methods)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
