As a key member of our data innovation team, you'll leverage advanced statistical modeling and machine learning to uncover hidden patterns in terabytes of structured and unstructured data. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into compelling visualizations and recommendations that shape our product roadmap and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and classification tasks
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across multiple data sources
- Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for data quality and model validation
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data engineering teams
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven portfolio of production models
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in A/B testing design and causal inference methodologies
- Published research or patents in machine learning or statistical modeling preferred
