Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product optimization and marketing attribution modeling
- Develop real-time dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models at scale on AWS and GCP platforms
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visual storytelling
- Mentor junior analysts and champion ethical AI practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven ROI impact
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with database optimization
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex ML projects with business outcomes
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Google Cloud Data Engineering or AWS Data Analytics preferred
