Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to improve business processes and product features.
- Data Strategy: Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data extraction and cleaning to advanced statistical analysis.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses and optimize conversion rates.
- Infrastructure: Collaborate with DevOps to ensure data pipelines are scalable, robust, and secure.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and Deep Learning to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical analysis.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data stories to executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems with data-driven solutions.
