Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML models for predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision applications
- Develop end-to-end data pipelines processing terabytes of structured/unstructured data
- Translate complex business challenges into quantifiable data science solutions
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference studies for product optimization
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices in MLOps
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of applied data science experience with production ML systems
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and SQL
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impact in predictive modeling or optimization
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in data science/ML fields preferred
