Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models to predict market trends and optimize business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data solutions
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to deployment
- Develop scalable data pipelines and maintain robust ETL processes
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven track record of ML deployment
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong statistical background with experimental design knowledge
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Published research or conference presentations in ML/NLP domains
- PhD or Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
