Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced ML models for predictive analytics and business optimization
- Translate complex business questions into data-driven solutions using Python/R and SQL
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to scale solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Present insights to C-suite executives through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across the organization
- Stay current with emerging techniques in NLP, computer vision, and causal inference
Qualifications
- 5+ years in applied data science with proven impact in enterprise environments
- Mastery of Python, SQL, and statistical modeling (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex ML projects and business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- PhD or Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimental design
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
