Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines, from raw ingestion to production-grade model inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define data-driven roadmaps.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify hidden opportunities and growth drivers.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical excellence of the AI division.
- Present actionable insights and model performance metrics to senior leadership stakeholders.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure high reliability and model performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proven ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and big data technologies (Spark, BigQuery).
