Responsibilities
- Design and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production-grade systems.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights and trends.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in code quality and model validation.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end data pipelines from feature engineering to model monitoring.
- Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve prediction accuracy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, probability theory, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proven ability to translate complex data findings into non-technical business narratives.
- Familiarity with distributed computing tools like Spark or Dask.
