Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines using Python and TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business opportunities for data-driven optimization.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns in complex datasets.
- Deploy models into production environments utilizing containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal machine learning engineering best practices.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical executive leadership through intuitive data visualization.
- Drive the roadmap for A/B testing and experimentation across product features.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R or Scala is a plus.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production-scale environments.
- Solid understanding of distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark or Dask.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to work in an agile, fast-paced startup culture.
- Strong background in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision architectures.
