Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and refine critical data metrics.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and patterns.
- Architect scalable data pipelines to support real-time model inference.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of rigorous data governance.
- Communicate findings through compelling data visualization and executive presentations.
- Iterate on A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or quantitative research.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
