Responsibilities

- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model validation

Qualifications
- 5+ years in data science with proven experience in production ML pipelines
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical background with experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex insights to non-technical audiences
- MSc/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
