Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and scale machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data projects from discovery and EDA to production deployment.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to technical architectural reviews.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends and optimize model performance.
- Maintain high coding standards and implement MLOps best practices across the department.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building machine learning models in a production environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to write clean, production-grade code and utilize version control (Git).
- Exceptional analytical thinking and strong verbal/written communication skills.
