Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data science pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Develop predictive models for customer behavior, market trends, and operational optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experimental design for product improvements
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in MLOps

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production ML systems
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with big data technologies
- Strong statistical foundation and experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data science projects
