Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to predict customer behavior and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experimental design for product optimization
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines in AWS and Snowflake environments
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders through clear, narrative-driven reports
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices in model validation
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with production-level code experience
- Strong background in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data science projects
