Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and optimization
- Analyze large-scale datasets using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis to drive product improvements
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for data governance
- Develop real-time data processing systems using Spark and Kafka
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI) and MLOps
