Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to integrate AI-driven features.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making across all cross-functional departments.
- Monitor and optimize model performance to ensure high availability and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with Scala or R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
