Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data science pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Develop advanced ML models for predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision applications
- Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions with measurable ROI
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experimentation programs
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of analytical excellence
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics with proven track record of deploying production models
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical foundation with experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML) and MLOps
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
