Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models to optimize user personalization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production-grade systems.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover latent trends in large-scale datasets.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of our internal research culture.
- Design and evaluate A/B testing frameworks to validate model performance and business impact.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Strong command of SQL and experience with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift).
- Solid understanding of experimental design and hypothesis testing.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML solutions in a production cloud environment (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
