Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions for predictive analytics and natural language processing
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data modeling and statistical analysis
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experiment design for product optimization
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau and D3.js
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in data governance
- Present findings to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science and ML production environments
- Expert proficiency in Python (Scikit-learn, PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, Bayesian methods)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ deployed ML applications with measurable impact
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
