Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for predictive analytics and optimization
- Translate business requirements into data science solutions using Python/R and SQL
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference analysis for product experimentation
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Research emerging techniques in NLP and computer vision for applied innovation
- Develop scalable data infrastructure using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Ensure ethical AI practices through bias mitigation and fairness audits
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of applied data science experience in production environments
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, pandas) and SQL with database optimization
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Airflow)
- Proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras)
- Published research or patents in machine learning preferred
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
