Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML models for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from exploration to deployment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments

- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science and ML development
