Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data science pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to optimize business KPIs and customer experience
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analyses to drive data-informed product decisions
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance and ethical AI
- Partner with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders and translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data science or analytics roles
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Proven track record of building production-level ML solutions
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical outputs to ROI
- Experience with cloud data warehousing (BigQuery, Redshift) and MLOps
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
