Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, implement, and deploy robust machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business challenges.
- Data Strategy: Lead data preparation, cleaning, and exploration processes to ensure high-quality input for predictive analytics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Visualization & Storytelling: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and Deep Learning to apply cutting-edge techniques to our projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), R, or SQL; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning lifecycle.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences clearly and concisely.
