Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for predictive analytics and optimization
- Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions using Python/R and cloud platforms
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production environments
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in data ethics
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience building production ML models at scale
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with Big Data tools
- Strong statistical foundation with experimental design knowledge
- Proven track record of translating business impact through data products
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps workflows
