Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion to production-grade model deployment.
- Partner with product managers to translate ambiguous business goals into actionable data strategies.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable insights.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in model governance.
- Communicate complex statistical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Continuously refine model performance through feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Strong command of SQL and experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift).
- Solid understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.
- Demonstrated ability to deploy scalable ML models in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
