Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning models to improve product personalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to identify high-impact business opportunities.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and actionable insights.
- Design and evaluate A/B experiments to measure the performance of new features and product iterations.
- Mentor junior data scientists and advocate for best practices in model governance and code quality.
- Translate technical findings into executive-level narratives and data visualizations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Deep experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
- Strong grasp of cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Snowflake).
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong background in experimental design and causal inference.
