What you'll achieve: Design and deploy machine learning models, lead end-to-end data science projects, and mentor junior team members. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions while maintaining ethical AI standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced ML models (NLP, computer vision, time-series forecasting)
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Create data-driven visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Present findings to C-suite executives and translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model validation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied data science and ML
- Expertise in Python (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of deploying production ML systems at scale
- Strong business acumen with experience translating data to ROI
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholder experience
