Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models for customer behavior forecasting and revenue optimization
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to measure product impact and drive data-informed decisions
- Architect scalable data pipelines processing 10M+ daily records using Spark and AWS
- Translate technical findings into executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior scientists through peer code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Publish research in industry journals and present at conferences like KDD and NeurIPS
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning with production-level deployments
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling (regression, time series, NLP)
- Proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of translating business problems into technical solutions
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) for model lifecycle management
