Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and recommendation systems
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from exploration to deployment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into scalable production systems
- Translate business objectives into data-driven solutions using statistical analysis
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting frameworks
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in model validation
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science and ML model deployment
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end data science projects
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD for ML workflows
