Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML algorithms for predictive analytics and natural language processing
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from prototyping to production deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Develop scalable data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior scientists and champion data ethics practices
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production ML systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Experience with cloud ML platforms and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
