Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and business optimization
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using Python, R, and SQL
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data collection to deployment

- Mentor junior data scientists and foster collaborative innovation

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, classification, time series)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
