Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and business optimization
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data wrangling to stakeholder presentations

- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct technical workshops

Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python/R and SQL
- Expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, NLP)
- Proven track record of translating business problems into data solutions
