What You'll Achieve:

Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML solutions for forecasting, classification, and optimization challenges
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses
- Document methodologies and maintain reproducible research pipelines
- Stay current with emerging techniques through research and conference participation
- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews
Qualifications
- Masters/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience applying machine learning to business problems
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong SQL skills with experience in database optimization
- Proven ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data science projects
- Experience in e-commerce or SaaS industries preferred
