Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify data opportunities and define analytical roadmaps.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling on large, unstructured datasets.
- Productionization: Transition models from prototype to production using MLOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical findings into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and data science research to apply novel techniques to our products.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data science or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and R. Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- ML Frameworks: Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Big Data: Experience working with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift/GCP BigQuery).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
