Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML solutions for predictive modeling and anomaly detection
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Develop data visualization dashboards using Tableau and D3.js for executive reporting
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct technical workshops
- Translate business requirements into data science roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Research and implement novel NLP techniques for unstructured data processing
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven portfolio of ML projects
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical programming (R/SAS)
- Strong foundation in experimental design, hypothesis testing, and causal inference
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools
- Demonstrable ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or conference presentations in data science/ML preferred
