Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable ML models for predictive analytics and automation
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from ideation to production deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive product optimization
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model governance
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science or analytics roles
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
