Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for predictive analytics and real-time decision systems
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize model performance and infrastructure
- Translate business objectives into technical solutions using advanced statistical modeling
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and statistical modeling
- Proven track record of deploying production ML systems at scale
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategy
- Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
