You will work at the intersection of high-scale data engineering and cutting-edge artificial intelligence, transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence that drives multi-million dollar decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning models for predictive forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
- Maintain and optimize production-grade data pipelines using Apache Spark and Airflow.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model efficacy.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal ML best practices.
- Present complex findings to stakeholders through high-impact data visualization dashboards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in Deep Learning and NLP to keep our stack competitive.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Proven experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in building scalable models in a production environment.
