Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion and cleaning to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data-driven roadmaps.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and opportunities.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal ML tooling infrastructure.
- Present insights and model performance metrics to executive stakeholders.
- Maintain production-grade code standards across all analytical projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proven ability to deploy models into production environments using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS (SageMaker, S3, Redshift).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical partners.
