Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from hypothesis formulation to model production.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI features into our core product architecture.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of rigorous peer review and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Communicate model performance and data insights to executive leadership through compelling visualizations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, or data science.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Advanced experience with SQL and big data technologies (Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake).
- Strong understanding of MLOps best practices and experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
