Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models to improve platform performance and user engagement.
- Conduct advanced exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden business opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production environments.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data visualizations.
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to validate product experiments.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in model governance.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research to identify and implement innovative methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or quantitative research.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Deep experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proven ability to work with large-scale distributed computing systems (Spark, Dask, or similar).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
