Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into product roadmaps.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable growth opportunities.
- Architect and maintain robust data pipelines using distributed computing frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members and champion best practices in MLOps and statistical rigor.
- Communicate findings through intuitive data visualizations and high-level stakeholder presentations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in predictive modeling, NLP, or computer vision.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; experience with Spark or similar distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of statistical inference, A/B testing frameworks, and experiment design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical partners.
