Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to identify data-driven growth opportunities.
- Translate business objectives into rigorous technical requirements and analytical experiments.
- Develop scalable data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to executive leadership.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal ML best practices and infrastructure.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and patterns.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product feature impact.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or applied machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy) and SQL.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Demonstrated experience working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
