Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for predictive modeling and NLP applications
- Translate business requirements into robust data science solutions using Python, Spark, and cloud platforms
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference projects to drive product decisions
- Mentor junior data scientists and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Optimize data infrastructure for scalability and real-time analytics
- Contribute to research publications and open-source contributions
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Strong statistical modeling background with experience in experimental design
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems at scale
