Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines for real-time inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and translate business challenges into data problems.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate feature performance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal ML research culture.
- Optimize existing model architectures for scalability and reduced latency.
- Communicate complex analytical insights to executive stakeholders to drive product roadmap decisions.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, production-ready code in Python.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of shipping models to production.
- Expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale distributed data systems (e.g., Spark, BigQuery).
- Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories with data.
