Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions through exploratory analysis and A/B testing
- Lead model deployment projects using MLOps best practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer reviews of analytical methodologies
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and storytelling
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to solve unstructured data problems
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of applied ML experience with production model deployment
- Expertise in statistical modeling, time-series forecasting, and NLP techniques
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), and cloud data platforms
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical results to ROI impact
- Published research or conference presentations in data science domains
- Experience with healthcare data compliance (HIPAA) preferred
