Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Translate complex technical findings into business-relevant insights for C-suite executives
- Optimize data processing pipelines using distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop)
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model validation
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate KPIs
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive product improvements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in production-level data science roles
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong statistical foundation with experience in experimental design and causal inference
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Airflow)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful data science projects with measurable business impact
