Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML algorithms for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into scalable cloud infrastructure
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior scientists and champion best practices in data governance and reproducibility
- Conduct A/B testing experiments to optimize model performance and business outcomes
- Stay current with emerging research in NLP, computer vision, and causal inference
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of applied experience in Python/R with production ML systems
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong statistical foundation with knowledge of experimental design and causal inference
- Proven track record of publishing research or developing industry-leading solutions
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD pipelines
